Pesticides Prescence Eggs and Meat in India: What Every Consumer Should Know
Pesticides can enter eggs when hens are exposed to pesticide residues through their feed, water, soil, or farm environment. After entering the hen’s body, some residues, especially fat-soluble pesticides, can move into the yolk during egg formation.
